Gahdom

Gahdom was once a mighty kingdom located north of Nirodan. The nation was one of the first targeted by Doenfixius during its bid for global conquest. Because Gahdom lacked the manpower to defeat the kingdom, a secret circle of demon-worshiping spellcasters summoned Abyssal allies to help fight in the shadows. Although initially successful, the demons were quick to turn on the people who summoned them and then conjure their own servants. Between the demons, the invading army, and the kingdom’s own military, the nation was devastated by the end. Despite Doenfixius conquering the kingdom only a few weeks later, the emperor decided that Gahdom wasn’t salvageable. Its inhabitants were slaughtered and its settlements were razed. The kingdom of Gahdom is now a desolate, gray wasteland even over a millenia later. The undead citizens who were murdered still walk around the island. Demons left over from the war also can be found here. Beyond those monsters, it is uninhabited. Gahdom also sports large cursed forests, a perverse inversion of the enchanted forests of elven kingdom such as Lunaera and Diliatan. Merely sleeping in these forests can cause one to become lost forever within the trees. Various legends surround the fruit which grow on the trees, none of which are at all pleasant.
